Progress

Hey! As you know, I'm a Saman dancer at my school. You know Saman, right? It's one of the most amazing traditional dances here in Indonesia. I love Saman dance so much because it's exciting! I always dance with spirit & joy. I really want to do my best every time I dance.
People often think that Saman dance is a piece of cake, but the fact is Saman needs high concentration, power, passion and also certainty. It may look easy, but it's a hard thing to do and it also needs lots of practice to make it look good.
In my school, Saman dance is an extracurricular lesson, but I don't join this extracurricular lesson just because it's an obligation. I join the Saman dance group because I love this dance and also I wanna be with other people who have the same passion with me.
Well, the point is, I love Saman dance and I wanna keep learning until I got a satisfying result (example: a trophy or a gold medal).
Let's jump to the main thing. Last Sunday, me and the other Saman dancers competed in Swiss German University Cup which was held at Cilandak Townsquare Sport Centre. It was our first competition. We were totally nervous the whole day, because we got strong opponents and they were all very good! Then we started comparing ourselves to our opponents. They were far more experienced than us. But, it was not the time to be down. We kept reminding ourselves to be confident and that we should do our best, no matter how good the opponents were. So, when we performed, we focused to the dance and we did a very good performance. We also got a huge applause that made me really proud of myself, though we didn't win and didn't get the prize, but, yes, we got a satisfying progress. I believe that me and the rest of the dancers can do a lot better next time! I won't give up and I will keep practicing because I know all of us have the potential.

25th November

Today is a special day because it's my big brother's birthday! He is in Jogjakarta now, probably working, and that makes me and my family sad. Because we miss him a lot! We haven't seen him since August. He is the best brother ever and a very nice person indeed. He likes to joke around and make all of us laugh. I look up to him and his cool personality. I just miss him so much! Oh well..

Daddy's 58th Birthday

Hi! Sorry for not updating this blog. I kinda lost my interest in blogging, but now I think I got it again. I'm back!
So, today is my dad's birthday. He is now 58 years old young! I love him so much. I don't know what would I be without him. He is such an inspiration for me and I promise I will always take care of him, because he has done so much for me & my family. You know, I really couldn't understand people who doesn't love their dads. To me, dads are heroes. They work their ass out to make their family live as happily as they can be. Anyways, I've been through a lot since the last time I updated this blog (ex: relationship problems, mid semester test, practical test, final test, etc.) but I don't think all of those would be an interesting post. But this post, this post would be special. I would do anything to show my dad that I love him, that's why I made this picture:

I know, it's just an ordinary edited picture. But I made it with all my heart and gladly my dad likes it.
At midnight, me and my siblings surprised my dad by waking him up and giving him a delicious birthday cake. I feel so blessed that I could surprise my dad on his birthday. BTW, me & my family (minus my big bro, Bil) will celebrate dad's birthday tonight at Sushi Tei! So excited! Me like sushi.

ya seangkatan jg keterima kali esa unggul. krik. email sm hp gue sering bgt di kontak sm pihak univ inni buat daftar ulang. Lagian gue ngelamarnya akuntansi, kenapa yang keluar malah hukum? Aneh.
Yang Kedua itu Universitas Gunadharma:

 jadi beasiswa gt gue diperbolehkan milih mau jurusan apa aja. disuruh dateng ke gundar nya tgal 6 Mei, sementara surat ini baru nyampe rumah gue tanggal 8. KRIK.
Yang Ketiga, Universitas Trisakti:

KEDOKTERAN coooooy KEDOKTERAN!! Demi apa sih gue tembus masuk situ zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. langsung deh gue terkenal di kalangan keluarga besar. langsung jadi cucu kesayangan eyang2 gue hahahahha sumpah ga boong. apalagi nyokap gue kayanya seneng bgt setengah mati. kalo bokap gue seneng ga seneng gt. seneng keterima nya, ga seneng bayarnya hahahaha. iyasih mahal. 162jt kalo ga salah. per semesteran jg 21jt an. belom lagi buku2nya yg satu nya aja ada yg sampe 1jt lebih, biaya kost 1.8jt/bln. belom lagi juga duit jajan gue, duit jaga2, duit transport sana sini. walaaaaaaaaah. mungkin kalo bokap gue pejabat sih segitu jg ga masalah. maka dari itu, bokap gue masih berharap bgt gue dapet kedokteran di negri. masalahnya gini loh. kedokteran gt. apalagi negri. WAW. persiapan apa gue pede2 nya mau masuk situ? tp lillahitaalla aja deh. gue udah menjatuhkan pilihan ke Universitas Gadjah Mada di Jokja yang semesterannya cuma 2jt. WAW. apa ga bangga tuh bokap gue kalo gue tembus situ heheheheh. maka dari itu, semua program masuk UGM gue ikutin. Dari yang paling muahal masuknya (program kemitraan/PBUPD 125jt, PBS 100jt) SNMPTN Undangan, sampe mungkin SNMPTN Tulis nanti yang  kalo gue tembus di program SNMPTN tulis, gue bebas mau bayar 5, 10 atau 15jt. Jauh kan range harganya? semakin murah semakin sulit saingan. entahlah.
Nah sekarang yang lagi gue galauin tuh ini nih. SNMPTN UNDANGAN yang diumumin jam 7 malem ini:

(hehehe muka nya gue sensor abis takut pada naksir sih :p). ini nih yang gue galauin, gue daftar uni pilihan 1 ke UGM, 1)Pend.Dokter 2)Akuntansi 3)Ilmu Hubungan Internasional. Univ pil ke 2nya Universitas Indonesia 1)Akuntansi 2)Ilmu Hubungan Internasional 3)Sastra Inggris. oke sekarang begini masalah nya. Sukur2 gue dapet FK UGM mah iya aja langsung gue sikat. nah kalo nanti pengumuman gue malah dapetnya Hub.Internasional UI gt? Sepertinya ga akan gue ambil, karena emang gue lebih memilih kedokteran trisaktinya (well lagian jg gue udah bayar). ini pun udah kesepakatan antara gue dgn ortu gue setelah selama ini kita sering berdiskusi mengenai sekolahan. yang gue galauin, katanya kalo semisal kita dapet snmptn undangan ini tp ga kita ambil, skolah bakal di black list gt? aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah pusing gimana dong? gue kan jg gatau kalo gue tau2 dapet FK Trisakti. Pendaftaran SNMPTN Undangan kan jauh sbelum gue daftar FK Trisakti. galau gue galau sumpah galauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. pilihan Pend Dokter UGM memang terlalu idealis, tp kalo ga tembus disitu, mudah2an jangan tembus di pilihan pilihan berikutnya karena gue takut akan kebenaran rumor kalo kita menolak snmptn undangan tsb. masih 6.5 jam lagi menuju jam 19.00. gue harap temen2 gue semua dapet yg mereka inginkan Amin. dan kalopun gue ga tembus FK UGM jalur ini, gue pun udah berbesar hati dari kemaren2. masih ada pengumuman Kemitraan & PBS. mudah2an gue bisa tembus FK lewat salah satu jalur itu. Kakaknya Nida yg emang lagi study di FK UGM pun ngasih motivasi buat gue sampe mau minjemin buku2 kedokterannya nanti buat gue.

Okay, I've heard about this Rebecca girl on Twitter (because she has been on the Trending Topics for a while) but I didn't know who she really was and I didn't really care.

Then, a few days after that, I went to Pondok Indah Mall to meet up with my best friend. Her name is Argya and we've been friends since we were in kindergarten!!

Suddenly, Argya asked me whether I've seen Rebecca's video or not. I answered "I haven't" and she was shocked, then she played Rebecca's song on her phone and I listened to it. I listened to it and umm..... all I can say is, "WHAT A TERRIBLE VOICE!!!!!!!!!!!".

Seriously, is she some kind of a joke or something??! Because I know there's so many people who can sing A LOT BETTER than her!! I mean, why her?!?!?! And the lyrics are S-T-U-P-I-D!!

I Think I'm In Love...

HI GUYS!!! I've been watching Glee Season 2, and so far I've watched 13 episodes of it. Thanks to Novensia Rachma for saving those episodes in my USB so I can watch it at home. I love the 2nd season so much not just because it's so fun to watch and interesting, but also because of the NEW CAST and that is Chord Overstreet!!!! He's soooo cute and on the "The Rocky Horror Glee Show" episode he shows-off his abs and it made me speechless. Oh God.....

Hm!! Well my point is, I think I'm really in love with him right now because in the "Comeback" episode (13th episode) he looks EXACTLY like Justin Bieber and he forms a band called "The Justin Bieber Experience" which I really love!!!!!! I'm so glad that FINALLY, Glee made an episode that shows how awesome Bieber is and everything he does is just epic.

Talking about Justin Bieber, did you know that next month he's gonna come to Indonesia on his World Tour?!? His concert will be on April 23rd at Sentul city!!!!!!!!!! I'm so freakin' excited about this and I really can't believe that I'm gonna watch my boyfriend performing LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG :"D

FINALLY FIFTEEN!!

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for the long absent. As you all know that I'm finally fifteen now because yesterday was my birthday and I had a BLAST!!!!! It all started with a birthday present from my parents and that was a BlackBerry Gemini. It's the pink one because I love pink. It looks like this:

Then, I received many lovely wishes from my dearest family and friends. It totally made my day!! After school, I went to Sheila's house with my girls because we just wanted to hang out somewhere. When we arrived there, we went to Sheila's room and then my friend, Farah, told me to leave my cellphone so I left it at Sheila's room. After that, we went to the swimming pool (we didn't get in it) and we took pictures. And then................. MY FRIENDS PUSHED ME SO I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE SWIMMING POOL!! I was wearing my school uniform and it was all wet!!!!! Then I knew my friends planned it all along and then they sang the "Happy Birthday" song and I was sooooo happy that time!! Even though I was all wet........

MY FAVORITE DANCER OF ALL-TIME ♥

That is........... AKAI, the champion of Got To Dance UK 2010!!!!!!! This cute little boy has raw talent and he amazes me every time he performs on stage. His moves are flawless and I just can't believe that he can dance like that at the age of 10. If I could make a wish right now, I would wish to have the ability to dance like Akai :')

AN ADVENTUROUS EXPERIENCE!

HELLO!!!!!!!! I'm back from my camping trip at Sukabumi!! Now I'm gonna tell you all about it ;)

From January 2nd to 4th, my family (minus my oldest sister) and I stayed at a place called Arus Liar Adventures!! We've been planning this trip for almost a week and we were very excited to go there.

THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGINS!!!!!! After we had breakfast, we went to the lobby and then we decided to plan the activities that we're going to do on that day. There were so many activities offered that time but because we had to go home in the next morning, we only chose a few and those activities were: RAFTING, FLYING FOX, BALANCE BEAM AND MOUNTAIN BIKING. Sounds fun, rite? :D :D

Now, let's jump to the first activity! Rafting! At about 9 AM we went to Citarik river by truck. No technologies allowed so we had to leave our cameras and cellphones behind.

The rafting location was quite far but we enjoyed the ride. When we arrived there, we got off the truck excitedly and then I saw 3 boats on the river. The first boat was for me, my brothers and my sister. While the second boat was for my mommy and daddy. Each boat had instructors that will guide us along the journey! Yay!

Because it's our first time rafting, we screamed real loud and we couldn't stop saying "I'm so excited!" and one more thing, rafting needs REAL teamwork!! :D

After we finished our 2-hour-extreme-rafting, we drank coconut water and then we went back to Arus Liar to experience the Flying Fox and the Balance Beam!! 1 word, CHALLENGING!!
